Approach

Smeets van Empel advocaten, whilst retaining traditional core values of the legal profession such as highly specialised professional knowledge, attention to detail and reliability, focuses strongly on offering a hands-on, communicative and efficient way of working. We view ourselves not just as dedicated specialist lawyers but as a point of reference for all strategic and practical issues you are confronted with in our areas of law. Courtesy of this all-round expertise, we are eminently suited to acting as ‘lawyers’ lawyers’ as well: a firm your internal and external advisors can also turn to with their specialist questions.
